Chung-Hwei Chernly
graduated from the National Defense
Medical School and the Taipei Acupuncture School in Taiwan. He retired from
the Chinese Air Force General Hospital as a captain and flight surgeon in
1977. He taught physiology and conducted research at the National Yang-Ming
Medical School in Taipei from 1977 to 1979. He did postgraduate training in
San Antonio, then worked in the pathology department at Pioneer Park
Hospital in Irving. Since 1985, he has had his own acupuncture practice in
the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is a nationally board certified
acupuncturist and herbologist and a licensed Texas acupuncturist.

Suehing “Sue” Chiang
of Sugar Land, is a retired elementary school teacher and current substitute teacher for the Fort Bend Independent School District. She is a past member of the Governor’s Commission for Women and a member of the Sugar Land Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Fort Bend County Judge Citizen Advisory Committee and Fort Bend ISD Education Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Methodist Sugar Land Board of Trustee. Ms. Chiang received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.

Allen Cline
is president of Turtle Dragon Health Services. He is a past member of the Texas and American associations of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He received a master's degree from the New England School of Acupuncture. Cline also attended Beijing Medical University and the National Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of China in Beijing.

Linda Wynn Drain
of Lucas, is a partner at Nolte, Drain and Rosenthal PLLC. She is a member of the Collin County Bar Association, Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and Texas Bar Foundation. She is also a founding member of the Collin County Bench/Bar Association and the CITY House Board of Directors. Ms. Drain received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Southern University and a law degree from South Texas College of Law.

Raymond J. Graham
of El Paso, received a bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison State College in New
Jersey. He is president and owner of Frontera Manufacturing Support Services, LLC, and R & J's Construction, LLC. He is a
member El Paso Industrial Development Authority, El Paso Workforce Retraining Advisory Committee, El Paso Manufacturing
Cabinet, Upper Rio Grande Workforce Development Board, Vice Chairman Upper Rio Grande College Tech Prep Youth Consortium and
President of Showtime El Paso. He served as chairman of the El Paso Civil Service Commission, president of the Society of
Plastic Engineers, chairman of the Industry Retention/Expansion Committee for the El Paso Chamber of Commerce and president
El Paso Community Concerts Association. He was also a member of the El Paso Employer Forum, the El Paso Cluster Team
Development, the American Management Association, the Unite El Paso, the El Paso Education Summit, the Employment Services
for the Guard and Reserve and the City of El Paso Airport Board.

Terry Glenn Rascoe, M.D.
obtained his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in
1981 and his medical degree from Texas A & M in 1985.
He is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice
and the American Board of Holistic Medicine. Living in Temple,
Texas, Dr. Rascoe serves as the Medical Director of the Scott
& White Northside Clinic. He received his acupuncture
training from UCLA in 1999 and uses this therapy primarily
to treat chronic pain symptoms.

Karen Siegel
is an acupuncturist and dietitian with Acupuncture and Nutrition Clinic in Houston, TX. She is a member of the Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, American Dietetics Association, Houston Area Dietetics Association, National Eating Disorder Association and the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She received a bachelor's degree in dietetics from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT, a master's degree in nutrition from the University of Texas School of Public Health, and her masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston. Ms. Siegel is the only licensed dietitian in Texas who can treat patients utilizing Chinese and western food therapy with acupuncture and herbal formulations.

Rachelle Webb
received her degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine in 1996 in the first class to graduate from the Academy of Oriental Medicine of Austin. She received her Texas acupuncture license 1998 and began a private acupuncture practice at Creekside Whole Health Center. She is also a co-founder of Remedy Community Clinic, a sliding scale alternative health care clinic in Austin.

Rey Ximenes, M.D.
of Austin, is owner, medical director and pain management specialist of the
Pain and Stress Management Center. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association,
Texas Society of Anesthesiologists and Texas State Naturopathic Association. He
is also a volunteer race doctor for the Capitol 10K. Dr. Ximenes received a
bachelor’s from the University of Texas at Austin and a medical degree
from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
