Reginald Baptiste, M.D.
is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon in Austin, Texas. In addition, he is associate dean for
health professions in the College of Natural Sciences at the University of
Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association,Society of
Thoracic Surgeons, Texas Surgical Society, Southern Thoracic Surgical Society,
Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, J Bradley Aust Surgical Society, Texas
Exes Scholarship Foundation Board of Directors. Baptiste received his bachelors
degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from
Baylor College of Medicine and completed general and thoracic surgery
residencies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
His term will expire in 2015. |

Margaret Bentley
is the Chief Operating Officer of the Crosetto Foundation for the Reduction of Cancer Deaths. She is also Finance Officer for the American Association of
University Women, Texas Division. She has a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science from New Mexico
Highlands University. She is a member of the American Compensation Association and earned her Certified Compensation Professional certification in December
2000. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Dallas Human Resources
Association and is involved in many other professional, civic and charitable organizations. She was appointed to the position of Physician
Assistant Board Chair in 2007. |

Anna Arredondo Chapman is the acting city secretary for the city of Del Rio. She received a bachelor's degree in business administration from
Sul Ross State University in Alpine and a master's in business administration from Regis University in Denver. She retired from the federal government in 2004
after 32 years of contracting and public administration experience. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society of the Jesuit Institution of Higher
Education, a board member of the State Bar of Texas District 15 Grievance Committee, and she is involved with Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Pan
American Round Table, Texas Municipal Clerks' Association and other community organizations. |

Teralea Davis Jones, PA-C, of Beeville, is the rural health clinic coordinator of Beeville Family Practice. She is a member of the Texas and American Academies of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Physician Assistants, the Christian Medical and Dental Association, and Alpha Eta, the physician assistant honor society. She is a recipient of the Physician Assistant of the Year award from the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Ms. Jones received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. |

Felix Koo, M.D., Ph.D., of McAllen, is the clinical coordinator of the Physician Assistant Studies Program at the University of Texas-Pan American. He is a volunteer medical director of Hope Medical Clinic and a volunteer pediatrician for the Alton Church of Christ Health Projects. Dr. Koo also serves as a board member of the Children’s Defense Fund-Rio Grande Valley. He received a doctorate degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and a doctorate of medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. |

Michael A. Mitchell D.O., is a family practice physician at Clinics of North Texas in Wichita Falls. He is a member of the American Osteopathic
Association and the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association. He has also served as a member of the American Osteopathic College of Family Physicians
and the American Military Surgeons of the United States. He serves on the Wichita County Diabetes Advisory Board and on the Texas Academy of
Physician Assistants Board of Directors as physician liaison. Dr. Mitchell received a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and he

Richard R. Rahr, Ed.D, P.A., is the Dibrell Family Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he also chairs the department of physician
assistant studies. He is a member of the Physician Assistant Education Association, the Texas and American Academies of Physician Assistants and Pi Alpha,
the physician assistant National Honor Society. He is a recipient of the Faculty Excellence Award and the Outstanding Teacher award from the School of Allied
Health Sciences. He received a bachelor's degree in biological sciences at the University of Texas at Austin, where he participated in the ROTC program. He
