Registrations are available online 60-90 days prior to your current expiration date. If you cannot proceed with online registration, try again closer to your expiration date.

• Physician Registration Online The updated Physician's Permit will be printed and mailed within 10 working days.
• Physician Assistant Registration Online The updated Physician Assistant's Permit will be printed and mailed within 3 working days.
• Acupuncturists Registration Online The updated Acupuncture's Permit will be printed and mailed within 3 working days.
• Non-Certified Radiologic Technicians (NCT) Registration Online The updated permit will be printed and mailed within 10 working days. More Info.
