IMPORTANT! Reading/reviewing the PDF version of the slide presentation will not be accepted as formal CME ethics credit by the TMB.

Some slides and information are duplicated in the PDF version, because it contains all of the slides presented to the different audiences: medical students, residents, licensees, and the public. At the actual presentations, only selected slides are used, depending on the audience type.
