On February 11, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas noncertified radiologic technologist certificate of Natalia Aguilar-Gutierrez, NCR (Lic. No. NCR02006198), after determining her continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
The Board panel found that on December 29, 2025, Ms. Aguilar-Gutierrez was arrested in Irving, Texas for Indecency with a Child by Sexual Conduct, a second-degree felony.
A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Ms. Aguilar-Gutierrez unless the hearing is specifically waived by Ms. Aguilar-Gutierrez.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
