On February 11, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Laurie Ann Brown, MRT (Lic. No. GMR00028175), after determining her continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
The Board panel found that on July 29, 2025, Ms. Brown was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Titus County, Texas and has yet to respond to TMB inquiries or correspondence.
A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Ms. Brown unless the hearing is specifically waived by Ms. Brown.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
