On November 7, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas noncertified radiologic technologist certificate of Christian Bustos, NCR (Lic. No. NCR02003417), after determining his continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
The Board panel found that on or about September 10, 2025, Mr. Bustos was arrested Walters, Oklahoma for the offense of child sexual abuse, a felony offense.
A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Mr. Bustos unless the hearing is specifically waived by Mr. Bustos.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
