On September 19, 2024, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Respiratory Care temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas respiratory care practitioner certificate of Dequindra Redmond, RCP, (Lic. No. RCP00075432).
The Board panel found that Ms. Redmond habitually uses drugs or intoxicating liqueurs to the extent that she cannot safely perform as a respiratory care practitioner.
A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Ms. Redmond, unless the hearing is specifically waived by Ms. Redmond.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
