On February 26, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Physician Assistant Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas physician assistant license of Jefferson Lee Rodieck, P.A., (Lic. No. PA05775).
The Board panel found that Mr. Rodieck was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a first or second degree felony; Deadly Conduct—Discharge of a Firearm, a Class A Misdemeanor or Third Degree Felony; Assault of a Peace Officer, a Second Degree Felony; and Assault of a Public Servant, a Third Degree Felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4g, a Third Felony Degree (Crimes).
A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Mr. Rodieck, unless the hearing is specifically waived by Mr. Rodieck.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
