On April 13, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Medical Board temporarily suspended, with notice, the Texas medical license of Rodolfo Garma Giraldi, M.D. (Lic. No. J0503), after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
The Board panel found that Dr. Giraldi was arrested and indicted for aiding or abetting in the unlicensed practice of medicine, deviated from the standard of care for 10 patients, and engaged in medical recordkeeping violations.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
