313. How do I register as a Med Spa?

There is currently no registration for Med Spa clinics in Texas.  The TMB registers pain management clinics, office-based anesthesia and clinics that are jointly owned by physicians and PAs.  Nonsurgical medical procedures performed in Texas, such as those offered at a Med Spa, are required to be delegated by a licensed physician, however there is no specific registration for this type of clinic at this time.
