I practice in a specialty required to take the Life of the Mother Act CME. Can I take a course other than the one offered by TMB to fulfil this requirement?
Answer
No. Although you can take a course on this topic from another CME provider, the Board will only count it towards standard CME hours. CME taken outside of the TMB course will not meet the statutory requirement for SB 31.
