I am an OBGYN who no longer provides obstetrics care. Do I need to complete the Life of the Mother Act CME?
Answer
Yes. While you may not currently provide obstetric care, it is important to note that there would be no mechanism for TMB to monitor if you chose to do so. Consequently, to ensure consistency and compliance with legal requirements, all individuals designated as OBGYNs will be required to complete this one-time requirement.
