Are ALL TMB licensees required to establish a CE Broker account and track their CE with it?
Answer
Yes. Beginning September 1, 2026, Texas law mandates that regulatory agencies, including the Texas Medical Board (TMB), verify compliance with continuing education requirements for ALL licensed health care practitioners under their jurisdiction via a tracking system. The Board will exclusively use the CE Broker system for this purpose.
