I provided my lawful presence documents but still can't renew. What's wrong?

Handling lawful presence document submissions—such as clearing items in the TMB registration system so an individual licensee can renew—is done manually. Unfortunately, current TMB systems do not have the capability to automate this process. The agency is exploring solutions to streamline compliance with this new requirement but at this time, applicants should allow 15 business days (i.e. 3 calendar weeks) from the date of submission for their documentation to be processed and the item to be cleared from their renewal record.
