Data Reports

The Open Records Self Service Portal (ORSSP) contains regularly updated information on licensees, including physicians, physicians in training, physician assistants, acupuncturists, medical physicists, medical radiologic technologists, non-certified radiological technicians, perfusionists, and respiratory care practitioners. To access the portal: 

 

  1. Visit the Open Records Self Service Portal application.
  2. Review and accept usage terms.
  3. Review the report descriptions, including the data file layouts, to determine which report best suits your needs. You can select “View List” to see additional information.
  4. Login or create an account by clicking on “Login” or “Register” in the top left hand column of the page.
  5. Add your desired report(s) to your order.
  6. Click “Check out.”
  7. Follow instructions to download.

Statistics
