Texas Physician Assistant Board Suspends The Woodlands Physician Assistant (Brown)
On September 12, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Physician Assistant Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas Physician Assistant license of Jonathon Edward Brown, P.A., (Lic. No. PA03658), after determining his continuation in the practice as a physician assistant poses a continuing threat to public welfare after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
TMB Suspends Austin Physician (Kealy)
On September 3, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Medical Board temporarily suspended, with notice, the Texas medical license of Jared Kealy, M.D. (Lic. No. U8752), after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
The Board panel found that Dr. Kealy initiated and continued a sexual relationship with two patients and used scheduled medical encounters to engage in, and continue, sexual acts with the patients.
