Visit employment opportunities at the CAPPS Recruit website. 

  • Click on posting and select Apply Online.
  • Accept the Privacy Agreement by selecting  I Accept.
  • If first-time user click on New User tab to create username and password.  You must enter your own email address to set up an account.
  • TMB cannot assist with passwords or usernames.  Please e-mail SSA.security@cpa.texas.gov.

Application Instructions

  • You must submit an employment application for every position you are applying for.
  • All applications must be received by 12:00 a.m. CST of the job posting closing date.
  • All fields on the employment application must be completed.  Do not leave any fields blank.
  • Resumes are not accepted in lieu of a State of Texas Employment Application.
  • TMB doe not sponsor H-1B visas and applicants must reside in the Texas.
  • No dual employment with other state Texas agencies or Pubic Education Institutions is permitted.
  • TMB only accepts online applications for current job vacancies.  Resumes are not accepted in lieu of a State of Texas employment application
  • If selected for an interview, the hiring manager will contact you directly.  TMB does not reimburse for any travel expenses to participate in job interviews.

Additional Information
