I have already been issued a previous temporary license.  Can I be issued another temporary license?  Can I renew my temporary license?

“A temporary certificate shall expire one year from the date of issue. A person whose temporary certificate has expired is not eligible to reapply for another temporary certificate. ”

I haven’t graduated from my program yet.  Can I get my temporary RCP license now?
