On November 14, 2023, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Warren Greene, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02009715), after determining his continuation in the practice of medical radiologic technology poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.  

 

Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology Suspends Cedar Park MRT (Gomez)

On August 4, 2023, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Derek Gomez, MRT (Lic. No. GMR00026781), after determining his continuation in the practice of medical radiologic technology poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.  

 

Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology Suspends Hamilton MRT (Marwitz)

On March 23, 2023, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, with notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Bonnie Jo Marwitz, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02002938), after determining her continuation in the practice of medical radiologic technology poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.  

 

Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology Suspends Pittsburg MRT (Gibbs)

On June 12, 2024, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Angela Marie Gibbs, MRT (Lic. No. GMR00097969) after determining her continuation in the practice of medical radiologic technology poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.  

 

The Board panel found that Ms. Gibbs was terminated by her employer for reporting to work under the influence of alcohol.  

 

Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology Suspends Sugar Land MRT (Bettsack)

On April 17, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of David Jacob Bettsack, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02012956), after determining his continuation in the practice of medical radiologic technology poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately. 

 

The Board panel found that, on around February 12, 2025, Mr. Bettsack was charged with and was arrested on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
