Texas Physician Assistant Board Suspends McKinney Physician Assistant (Langfus)

On June 9, 2023, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Physician Assistant Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas physician assistant license of Michael Howard Langfus, P.A. (Lic. No. PA01338), after determining his continuation in the practice as a physician assistant poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

 

The Board panel found that Mr. Langfus suffers from an impairment that interferes with his ability to practice safely as a physician assistant.  

 

Texas Physician Assistant Board Suspends Hooks Physician Assistant (Ward)

On July 24, 2024, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Physician Assistant Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas physician assistant license of David Anthony Ward, P.A., (Lic. No. PA03618).  

 

The Board panel found that Mr. Ward acted in an unprofessional or dishonorable manner, habitually used drugs or intoxicating liquors, and suffers from an impairment that is currently not being managed or monitored.  

 

Texas Physician Assistant Board Suspends Donna Physician Assistant (Jaramillo)

On July 1, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Physician Assistant Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas Physician Assistant license of Javier Suarez Jaramillo, P.A., (Lic. No. PA10788), after determining his continuation in the practice as a physician assistant poses a continuing threat to public welfare after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
