As part of the transition from DSHS to TMB, existing medical physicist licenses will have their first registration with TMB per the existing permit expiration date. The renewal fee charged at the time of the first renewal with TMB will be pro-rated to bring the permits in line with the new expiration dates.

The TMB no longer prints or mails hard copy permits but, if online verification is not sufficient, you can obtain a copy by setting up a MyTMB account on our website. https://sso.tmb.state.tx.us/Login.aspx. If you do not have a SSN, you will not be able to access the service.
