Fingerprints can be rejected by either DPS or the FBI, and there are different types of rejections. The next step in the process depends on the type and number of rejections. Should IdentoGo inform you that a reprint is required, please go through the IdentoGo website to set up a new appointment. They should have the rejection code that would allow you to reschedule for no additional fee.
