Yes. Prior to signing a prescriptive authority agreement, you must disclose to the other party/parties to the prescriptive authority agreement if you have been disciplined in the past. What is the TMB “Service code” for IdentoGo?
The TMB service code for IdentoGo is only able to be provided directly to licensure applicants or existing licensees. Why can’t I find the IdentGo TMB “Service code” on the TMB website?
TMB is not legally able to receive fingerprint results for individuals who are not existing applicants or licensees, and is not able to publicly provide the service code.
